2. Coaching Services

Our coaching services are designed to provide guidance, support, and accountability.

Coaching is not therapy, not medical advice, and not legal or financial advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Because coaching requires time, preparation, and reserved availability, all sales are final and non‑refundable.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session, the session may be considered a no‑show.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if needed.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

By participating in coaching, you agree to:

• Show up on time and prepared

• Be honest and open

• Take responsibility for your choices and actions

• Communicate respectfully

You understand that results depend on your commitment and follow‑through.

 

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Association for Coaching’s Code of Ethics.

However, confidentiality does not apply if:

• You disclose intent to harm yourself or others

• Required by law

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, worksheets, and resources provided during coaching or on this website are the property of Agency Five20, LLC.

You may not copy, share, or distribute them without written permission.

 

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the site

• Share false or misleading information

We may update or discontinue parts of the site at any time.

10. SMS Program Terms 
By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from us related to updates, services, reminders, or marketing communications. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. After doing so, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. We will only use your mobile information to deliver the services and messages you have requested.
